Invest together.

Bagholders is an app for running an investment club from your phone — pitch a trade to the group, put it to a vote, and execute the ones that pass against a real brokerage. Trade your own account alongside it, or run a paper-trading competition.

Clubs

Pitch it, vote it, trade it

Members bring trade ideas to the group and everyone votes, weighted by their ownership stake. An idea that clears the club's approval threshold becomes ready for execution against a real brokerage. Ownership percentages, capital contributions and share classes are tracked as you go, and the bigger decisions — adding capital, a member leaving — run as governance votes.

Solo

Or trade your own book

Link your own brokerage account and run it yourself. Shares, options, futures and crypto, in the same interface as the club side. Brokerage connections are handled through SnapTrade, with Tradier for execution.

Competitions

Paper trading for schools and orgs

Run a competition on paper money with entrant leaderboards and admin controls, so a class or a group can compete without anyone risking a dollar. There is one running now at the University of Rhode Island.

Signals

An AI brief and a copilot you can text

A daily AI brief, unusual options flow alerts and market news, plus a text-message copilot: message it to draft an idea or place an order without opening the app.

Underneath all of it is the portfolio: live positions and P/L, an allocation breakdown, and performance charts benchmarked against SPY.
